A modern residential building, of high aesthetic value in the area of Vyronas near the Rock Theatre. The natural environment of Hymettus comes to embrace and highlight this dynamic building. It is a residential building complex located in an airy and sunny plot, which utilises to the maximum the natural land, its slope and its orientation. A particular challenge for its design was the division of the volume into two building units for the purpose of creating airy and sunny apartments and communal areas while preserving the wider microclimate of the building block itself. Their connection is achieved through an above-ground, glass bridge, while the roof on the lower building impresses with its exceptional approach of the ΄ROOF GARDEN΄ landscape. Its architectural approach highlights the dynamic appearance of the building through a harmonious combination of the minimal philosophy and modern materials. Metal elements delineate one of the two volumes ending up on its roof thus creating a pergola on the shared roof garden. Its appearance is highlighted by the installation of an artificial LED lighting system.
