A property complex of  minimal  aesthetics with swimming pools and gardens for exclusive use, in Petroupoli.

With orientation towards Petra Theater, in a quiet neighborhood in Petroupoli, we created an imposing residential property.

Based on the location of the plot, its excellent orientation and its sustainable integration with the environment, we designed a residential property that will stand out for its modern minimal aesthetics.

Starting from the integration of the green element in the composition and the property’s retreat in relation to the urban fabric, this property is fully integrated into the area and  at the same time stands out thanks to its dynamic design.  A challenge for the compositional process was the placement of the central core of the staircase in a position that highlights all the architectural elements of the property and the site. The conception of the idea was based on the creation of two similar property volumes mirrored around a very dynamic core: the central staircase.

Great emphasis was placed on creating a shell that enhances the privacy and permeability of the properties. The main objective of the design was the direct connection with the surrounding area and the balconies of the houses to both sides of the plot. The creation of large openings in the facades brings the interior in contact with the green elements of the environment and creates an excellent energy flow in the apartments.
