GREEN Properties expands its activity by designing beach houses for the first time, located in Ermioni Argolidas.

We have created ROCK SEA residence in a green area – a few steps away from Petrothalassa beach. This modern complex consists of six energy-efficient A+ properties, designed with minimal aesthetics, each featuring its own pool and garden.

The properties have large openings with unobstructed view towards both the sea and the greenery of the area. The natural light enters the property and at the same time the strategic positioning of the property protects the privacy. The view, combined with the shades of grey and white, composes an environment of relaxation and wellness.

The green philosophy advocated by our company is applied to all our projects. We also apply a thermal facade to the entire external surface of the building to minimize energy losses and use energy-efficient aluminum frames of high aesthetics.
