STELLAR Residence in Vrilissia

A contemporary property complex of high aesthetics, with swimming pools, in Vrilissia.

Το STELLAR RESIDENCE is located in Athens – North suburb and specifically in Vrilissia. Stellar is a complex of 2 buildings. Its design creates two “Π» (from the homonym letter of the Greek alphabet) which, like two big hugs, frame the common/uncovered areas of the plot, where there are two swimming pools,  green areas and places to move from one building to another.

We placed great emphasis on the location of the property, the exploitation of their orientation, the privacy and the permeability of the apartments.

Green is a key element of the layout, both on the ground floor and on the roofs, so that the complex is perfectly harmonized with the natural landscape. The property seems to converse with its surroundings, through gardens and roof gardens for exclusive use, but also through the wet element and specifically the two private pools on the ground floor and the jacuzzies on the roof of the buildings.

The main features of the facades of the properties are white, linear, horizontal and vertical elements that frame the balconies, black metal, vertical   elements that act as blinds, transparent and tinted windows, while the building’s shell itself is maintained in gray colors. Together are united   in a rhythmic   sequence and give   absolute harmony to the project.
