A contemporary residential property of minimal aesthetics in Nea Ionia.
On a plot with excellent orientation and in a great location, facing three streets, in a quiet neighborhood with a developed urban green element, we created an impressive residential property.
The architectural challenge was to manage a steeply sloping ground that required a holistic approach, making the project particularly demanding. This challenge led to the configuration of the uncovered and the flat on two levels to smoothly integrate the property into the natural environment and the urban fabric.
The dominant element of the project is the central staircase that dominates the center of the plot and morphologically divides the property into two volumes.
Designed to wrap around the space, it connects the flat to the apartments in such a way that it means their location to their faces on all three streets.
The arrangement of the property volumes in retreat and their placement in the plot has been made with the aim of the greatest possible exploitation of the uncovered areas-gardens.
