A residential property of minimal aesthetics in Gerakas
In an ascending suburb of South Attica, in Gerakas, on a bright plot with excellent orientation and easy access via Attiki Odos, we created a residential property complex of high aesthetics and minimal architectural approach.
The main idea of the composition was the creation of four property volumes in a staggered linear placement, aiming at the permeability of the apartments, to create a dynamic sequence in the facade.
The aim was the simplicity of the form. Each property integrates the design of its staircase in a strategic position to make the most of the permeability while leaving space for the creation of private gardens for exclusive use with swimming pools.
The property coexists with its surroundings with the gardens of exclusive use to dominate together with the water element, both on the ground floor and the floor of the apartments. The demand in all the ground floor areas was the direct contact with the environment, visually and functionally, with large openings and high-end minimal windows.
A particular challenge was the creation of a property of high standards, with the highest energy efficiency A+, which consistently serves the needs of its owners, with bright apartments that take full advantage of the orientations and large openings, strategically placed based on the aesthetics and functionality of individual spaces.

The maximum energy classification A+ of the property is achieved by the installation of photovoltaic systems with the main advantage of energy offset, energy frames, 10cm thermal facade and heating and cooling heat pumps.
