Modern residential building, minimal aesthetics in Pireas
In Pireas, very close to Dilaveri Park, in a rapidly developing area, we created an impressive residential building.
The targeted positioning of the building within the south-facing plot offers maximum exploitation of light and ventilation and at the same time protects the privacy of the individual residences through the use of green elements, both at the level of the pilotis in the surrounding area and on the balconies of the floors. Emphasis was placed on the setback of the building in relation to the front boundary to create a larger green space and exotics, but also in relation to the rear boundary of the plot to communicate the apartments with the planted area of the acropolis, in the form of an atrium.
The contemporary minimal aesthetics of the residences is translated into an architectural vocabulary that is expressed both in the imposing façade of the building and in its internal layout. By placing the core of the movement on the north side of the building, we were able to create large windows and geometric balconies on the façade, which reinforce the linearity of the building’s surfaces, creating open spaces that allow natural light to penetrate to the interior.

A particular challenge was the creation of a building of high standards, with the highest energy efficiency A+, which consistently serves the needs of its owners, with bright apartments and large openings that make the most of the orientations, strategically placed with a view to the aesthetics and functionality of the individual spaces and the whole.
The apartments are distinguished by ergonomics in all areas: the kitchens and bathrooms are individually designed for each owner. The choice of materials is based on their needs and preferences, with the continuous support of our decorators.
The maximum energy efficiency of the A+ building is achieved through the installation of photovoltaic systems, with the main advantage of energy compensation in terms of consumption, energy efficient windows, 10cm thermal insulation and heat pumps for heating and cooling.
