In the center of Athens, at Larisis Station, we created a property of unparalleled aesthetics and functionality. Morphologically, the continuity of the urban fabric and the integration of the property in it was attempted, focusing the interest on the simple geometric lines and the modern minimal aesthetics. This is a very impressive property that manages to stand out and changes the data. The inspiration for the design came from the creation of a rectangular decoration on the face, imitating the aesthetics of the “lens”, in C shape, in white color, to stand out from the rest of the gray walls of the property.

The decoration was placed in the center of the facade and integrated into the balconies of the central apartments. In addition, the facade is composed of dark frames, from horizontal zones of balconies with glass parapets and vertical elements of metal blinds, imitating wood texture, unifying the balconies of all floors, and emphasizing the centrality of the “lens”.
