Modern residential building, of high aesthetic value in Petralona. Near the train station. Guided by modern design and minimal aesthetics, we have created a building of high standards that consistently serves the needs of its owners. The architectural approach of the building highlights the modern aesthetics and the dynamic lines of the design both on the exterior and the interior of the building. The design of the facades and the unique composition of the building project the balconies morphologically outwards, while providing shading. The aim was to create a building with the highest energy efficiency consisting of airy apartments that utilise orientations to the maximum, with large openings and targeted use of the view of the landscape of Attica. All areas of the apartments are ergonomically designed and functional. The kitchens and bathrooms are specially designed for each owner in collaboration with experienced interior designers. The maximum energy efficiency of the building is achieved by the installed photovoltaic systems, energy frames, thermal facade 10 cm and heat pumps.
