In a great location in Pefki area, in a quiet neighborhood with a strong green element, we created a residential property that will impress you.
In a plot with an excellent orientation that brought us to two architectural challenges: the first was about the management of a steeply sloping ground that eventually led to the formation of the surrounding area in the shape of a “hug” which surrounds the property in the form of a slope. The second challenge was to use it as the key component.
The shell of the property forms a minimal and shiny form, characterized by simple and white horizontal engravings and leads the designers to create, with what can be characterized as “refined luxury”.
The facade stands out, managing to create a unique and elegant look. The white casing in combination with the vertical and horizontal decorative metal elements and the LED lighting on the ceilings, create a lyrical and harmonious movement, which apparently “dances” and exudes life.
