TAF RESIDENCE in Voula

Modern residential property with swimming pools, of high aesthetics in Voula.

It is an imposing residential property in a quiet area, in the South Attica, in Voula.
Great emphasis was placed on the location of the building on a corner plot and on the exploitation of its orientation. The property was placed centrally on the plot to give space to the creation of greenery intended for courtyards – gardens of exclusive use with swimming pools, with the main goal of privacy and permeability of the apartments.

The study, in terms of structure, combines the symmetry of the builds, the pure geometrical axes and the large openings, achieving a plasticity of form but also an architectural unit adapted to the modern minimal aesthetics.

The white color, the use of marble on the facade of the main staircase, the large openings and the liquid element that dominates the study and is placed on the balconies, are used in such a way as to highlight the architectural conception through simple and clean engravings. The inspiration for the design was the creation in the facade, of two symmetrical vertical dynamic elements, metallic texture with engravings and integrated artificial LED lighting.
